“Chilly #1” is a 3- pattern collection of “flat” dot mandala designs that I have painted on 3" ornaments. The paw print centre is my favourite detail to add. I had painted the white glitter ornament first, and had planned to paint 10 more on white plus 10 on black. I even got so far as to have the first 2 rows painted on all 20 ornaments, only to set them aside for other projects. It was getting down to crunch time and I desperately needed some inspiration to get the ornament mass production under way, so I grabbed these and started creating new designs.
Before you begin painting these designs, I will walk you through, in detail, how to do each element that you will find in this bundle. My recommendation is to read through those instructions before starting, and refer back to them as often as you need to as you paint your way through these dot mandalas!
These designs can work well on a surface of any size or material. If the surface that you’re painting on is a different size from mine, you may wish to change the tool sizes used in each design.
